Job Overview

As a key member of the Domino's Franchise team, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and stock control
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
  • Monitor and control store costs, including labor and inventory expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the food industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
