Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at SpecSys. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing departments to ensure accurate data and quotes
  • Prepare and present proposals and estimates to customers
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to meet with customers and provide support

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
