Job Overview

Amplify People is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to cultivate and maintain relationships with key specifiers in the design and construction industries.

This role focuses on networking and lead generation, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities for the sales team to convert into business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in relationship management, account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the design or construction industries.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with specifiers, generating leads through cold calls and LinkedIn outreach, and serving as the main point of contact for clients.

The Business Development Representative will also collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure leads are passed on smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to engage confidently with high-end professionals, and a proven ability to network and build long-lasting professional relationships.
