Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee:

  • Establish and nurture positive, professional relationships with clients, customers, and team members.

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of sales, client relations, leadership, and customer acquisition.

  • Surpass sales performance benchmarks and set a high standard for the sales department.

Qualifications for the Account Manager Trainee:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management, or Public Relations.
  • 0-2 years of experience in leadership, management, client-facing roles, supervisory positions, or sales.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and effectively address existing or potential conflicts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with, engage, and educate customers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a self-driven approach to excellence.
  • Proactive, resourceful work ethic that requires minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating others.
