Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Provide a remarkable customer experience by initiating friendly interactions, addressing inquiries, and offering insightful recommendations. Utilize open-ended questions to assess customer needs and confidently showcase product knowledge.

2. Sales Performance: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team regarding new inventory and operational updates. Ensure timely completion of performance summaries and maintain high standards of sales excellence.

3. Team Development: Train and mentor new team members, providing constructive feedback and ongoing education in product knowledge and sales techniques.

4. Store Operations: Oversee various operational tasks, including maintaining store cleanliness, conducting inventory checks, and creating visually appealing merchandise displays. Handle cash management responsibilities and ensure adherence to security protocols.

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $19, plus a performance-based bonus of 1% upon meeting sales goals.

Qualifications:

- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
