Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Financial Systems Program Integrator will support program managers and leadership by monitoring and reporting on the overall performance of various programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses across multiple contracts and government activities to identify potential issues related to cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Perform cross-program evaluations to respond to Investment Portfolio actions and generate execution reports. Draft essential program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Prepare presentations to communicate analysis results and program status. Proficiency in Excel and pivot charts is essential.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, or financial management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, combined with an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be accepted. Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred.
  • In the absence of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years may be considered.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is required, including the use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  • In lieu of two (2) years of experience, an undergraduate degree with a business focus is acceptable.
  • Current active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial execution and projection reports from vendors; liaising with Government Contract Managers to address any discrepancies regarding contract performance; analyzing financial reports from Government Business Financial Managers; and developing program-specific analysis and recommendations for action to Government Program Managers.
  • Generate financial and summary reports on program elements for Government Program Managers and assist in resource allocation and tracking; recommend funding adjustments as necessary.
  • Assist program managers in creating program documentation, tracking program status, evaluating operational alternatives, performing risk assessments, and managing integrated product teams.
  • Support Government Program Managers to ensure execution aligns with cost, schedule, and performance baselines. Utilize program management tools to assist with planning, documenting, executing, and reporting program details.
  • Attend contract reviews to aid Government Program Managers in cost estimating and monitoring program outcomes.
  • Advise on the production and customization of financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation to ensure effective program requirements are specified.
  • Assist in analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded requirements in accordance with established policies and processes.
  • Prepare briefing materials, charts, spreadsheets, and other documentation to support program decision-making.
  • Conduct data analysis using MS Excel to present information clearly and effectively.
  • Create reports to support program management functions, including execution reports, cost estimating reports, and staffing reports.
  • Document readiness schedules for contract actions and assist in resource planning and tracking.
  • Prepare and support the delivery of presentations for program and initiative status reviews.
