Job Summary

CTC Group is seeking experienced professionals to fill Program Integrator positions. As a key member of our team, you will assist program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting on program health, identifying cost, schedule, and performance concerns, and providing holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial execution and projection reports, liaising with Government Contract Managers to address contract performance and reporting concerns, and developing program-specific analysis and recommendations.
  • Develop and provide financial and summary reports on program elements to Government Program Managers, assist with resource allocation and tracking, and recommend funding adjustments as needed.
  • Assist program managers in developing program documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment, and managing integrated product teams.
  • Support Government Program Managers in executing programs within cost, schedule, and performance baselines, utilizing program management tools to plan, document, execute, and report program details.
  • Attend contract reviews to assist in cost estimating and monitoring program/initiative outcomes.
  • Advise on the production and tailoring of NSA financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation, ensuring affordable, supportable, and effective program requirements are specified to meet mission needs.
  • Assist in analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies and processes.
  • Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other materials to support program decision-making.
  • Perform data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts to present data clearly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of seven (7) years may be substituted.
  • In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of nine (9) years may be substituted.
