Job Summary

CTC Group is seeking a highly skilled Program Integration Specialist to support our clients in the Intelligence and Defense communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing acquisition support on functions of program management, contract management, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management Support: Provide analysis and recommendations on program execution, contract performance, and financial management to program managers and initiative leads.
  • Contract Management: Liaise with Government Contract Managers to address contract performance and reporting concerns, and analyze financial execution reports from vendors.
  • Financial Management: Develop program-specific analysis and recommendations for action to Government Program Managers, and provide financial and summary reports on program elements.
  • Documentation and Scheduling: Assist program managers in developing program documentation, creating program schedules, and tracking program status.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk assessment and manage integrated product teams to ensure program execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
  • Communication and Reporting: Attend contract reviews, advise on program acquisition documentation, and prepare point papers, briefing charts, and spreadsheets to support program decision-making.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
  • Education and Experience: Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
