Job Summary:

Advantage Engineering & IT Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial and contract management support to our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Perform financial analysis and reporting on program elements to Government Program Managers (GPMs) at the program level. Assist with the allocation and tracking of resources, and recommend funding adjustments as appropriate.
  • Contract Management: Provide acquisition support on functions of program management by analyzing financial execution and projection reports from vendors, liaising with Government Contract Managers (GCMs) to address any anomalies/concerns regarding contract performance and reporting, and analyzing financial execution reports from Government Business Financial Managers (GBFMs).
  • Program Documentation: Assist program managers in developing program documentation, including TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Presentations and Reporting: Prepare and support delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status reviews.
  • Resource Planning and Tracking: Assist GPMs and initiative leads with resource planning and tracking.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts to present data clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
  • Certifications: Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area is preferred.
  • Skills: Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
