Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project expenses and income, assess financial performance, and communicate profitability metrics.
  • Manage all aspects of project accounting, including budget oversight, invoice verification, and project completion processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to set financial targets and provide accounting insights as necessary.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyze discrepancies, and report any concerns to management.
  • Ensure precise billing to clients, liaise with subcontractors, and maintain comprehensive financial records for projects.
  • Participate in project meetings, engage with clients and regulatory bodies, and stay informed on accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and project management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and sound financial judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of project accounting principles and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle software is advantageous.
