ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Project Estimation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. This position is centered around providing essential support in estimating and managing project costs, ensuring precise pricing for proposals and bids. A critical component of this role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to assess project needs and address any challenges that may arise. Additionally, you will oversee project activities from start to finish, focusing on organization, budgeting, and scheduling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duties associated with this role include:
- Leverage historical data to forecast current and future project expenses.
- Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to create accurate estimates and resolve any issues.
- Examine project documentation to ascertain time, materials, and labor requirements.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to modify cost estimates as necessary.
- Thoroughly review contract specifications and project scope.
- Participate in project meetings and site assessments.
- Coordinate with junior team members to ensure precise project take-offs and material acquisition.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
This position requires the following qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Project Management/Estimating within the electrical sector.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
