Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical projects, from initial design through to implementation and completion.
- Develop detailed project cost estimates and proposals, leveraging your expertise in electrical systems.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure all project specifications are met and proactively address potential challenges.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating contracts to secure optimal terms.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in electrical systems and construction management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical project management and estimating within commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong proficiency in electrical systems, including lighting and cost estimation.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Proven negotiation skills with a history of securing favorable contract agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
