Home Health and Hospice Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and talented Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional to join our team at AdvisaCare.
About the Role
As a Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional, you will have a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase referrals for our home health and hospice services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure that our services meet the needs of our patients and their families.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contact reports and sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) preferred.
- Track record of sales success in the healthcare industry.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to take initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of physician, hospital, case management, and discharge planning service needs preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
