Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Workplace Experience Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our office environment in our Boston, MA office.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional and efficient office atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, and placing orders for the Boston, MA location.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Coordinate with building management for facility-related issues and building vendor management.
- Serve as a Receptionist and point of contact to meet/greet and assist guests.
- Oversee office cleanliness and organization to maintain a professional environment.
- Assist in organizing catering for the office and meetings.
- Streamline process to mimic HQ for visitors traveling into the office.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and maintaining mail.
- Monitor badge & temporary badge access, meeting room and offsite requests for the Boston location.
- Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with events, hosting executives, and driving culture initiatives.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, can interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
