Workplace Experience Coordinator

Job Summary
The Workplace Experience Coordinator role at CBRE is a vital position that requires a unique blend of customer service, administrative, and community engagement skills. As a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader, you will be responsible for delivering a positive, best-in-class office experience.
This role is at the forefront of providing excellent service and crafting a comfortable atmosphere by greeting visitors while supporting all employee-facing services. You will be part of a "front-of-house" team that is dedicated to making a lasting impression on our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors, including greeting, directing, and assisting with inquiries.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of workplace services, including Concierge, Reception, Switchboard, and Room Management.
- Maintain awareness of the workspace and submit work orders as needed to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience.
- Open and flexible work schedules.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor.
- Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility.
