Role Responsibilities

The Project Specialist Flex role is crucial in maintaining Anderson Merchandisers' high standards to satisfy client requirements for complex store renovations and special assignments. This role involves overseeing significant product and fixture reconfigurations within stores and executing various merchandising tasks as requested by clients. Please note that this is a flexible, project-oriented position.

Key Duties Include:

  • Constructing new sales floor fixtures and dismantling existing ones.
  • Relocating existing sales floor fixtures, both simple and complex.
  • Installing basic electronic equipment (no programming or setup required).
  • Setting merchandise according to modular guidelines.
  • Transferring surplus merchandise to designated areas as instructed by store management.
  • Utilizing basic hand tools and cordless drills.
  • Performing additional merchandising tasks or audits as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred retail experience.
  • Ability to interpret planograms or modular layouts is advantageous.
  • Capacity to lift objects and products weighing up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of items up to 35 lbs, and the ability to lift heavier items (up to 100 lbs) with assistance.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • Overnight shifts are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $18.50.
