Role Overview:

The Project Specialist Flex position is focused on maintaining the high standards of Anderson Merchandisers while meeting client requirements for complex store remodels and specialized projects. This role involves overseeing significant product and fixture rearrangements and executing various merchandising tasks as requested by clients. Please note that this is a flexible, project-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Constructing new sales floor fixtures and dismantling existing ones
  • Repositioning existing sales floor fixtures, both simple and complex
  • Installing basic electronic equipment (no programming required)
  • Setting merchandise according to modular guidelines
  • Relocating surplus merchandise as directed by store management
  • Utilizing basic hand tools and cordless drills
  • Conducting additional merchandising tasks or audits as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Ability to interpret planograms or retail remodels is advantageous
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
  • Flexibility to work nights, overnights, and weekends is required

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $18.50.
