Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at New York University. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering human resources services to the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and deliver human resources services, including payroll processing, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, and labor relations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, including Salesforce.
