Director of Sales Operations

Rainbow Stores is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales Operations to oversee and manage the retail sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the retail sales team to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
- Conduct regular training sessions and evaluations to ensure employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Analyze sales data and trends to forecast business performance and make informed decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, retail management, or related fields with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
