Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the performance of the Sales team and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and assess progress against annual targets.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance staff capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the foodservice industry or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $140,000 per year, based on relevant experience and education. Additionally, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and an annual incentive plan bonus.
