Estimated Salary Range

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.


Job Summary
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize hotel profitability. This role will involve collaborating with hotel management and revenue teams to meet or exceed planned revenue objectives for occupancy and ADR. Key responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy and Growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase hotel revenue.
  • Identify, qualify, and solicit new business opportunities to achieve hotel revenue goals.
  • Approve business opportunities and ensure the most profitable deals are closed based on market conditions and hotel needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Corporate Team, General Managers, and Revenue Management team to align sales strategies with pricing, group mix, and overall hotel goals.
  • Ensure timely response to group sales leads and effectively manage event communication and execution.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with experience in both transient and group sales required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and lead a team effectively.
