Global Sales Operations Director

Ctr America is seeking an experienced Global Sales Operations Director to optimize operational systems and processes, maximizing efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Description:- Analyze supply chain data to identify and mitigate risks
- Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies
- Implement logistics strategies to track goods from origin to warehouse
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of business and financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in sales operations management. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize operational systems and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Analyze supply chain data to identify and mitigate risks
- Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies
- Implement logistics strategies to track goods from origin to warehouse
- Manage inventory, packing, and distribution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in sales operations management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
