Job Description

Martin & Associates, PL is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the front desk, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.

2. Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

3. Ensure the postage machine is functioning correctly and maintain adequate postage supplies.

4. Check-in audit and review engagements, as well as tax returns, and update client information as necessary.

5. Process tax returns and ensure timely submission to the IRS.

6. Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient processing and billing.

7. Perform special projects as assigned by senior staff.

8. Maintain shared printers and copiers, ensuring adequate supplies and proper functioning.

Requirements

• Professional dress and demeanor

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in office software and equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills
