Job Summary

The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring the efficient management of personnel records and the smooth execution of HR processes. This position is integral to maintaining a well-organized and supportive HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the HR Department, including managing and updating HR databases with information such as new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence.
  • Create and manage personnel records, schedule interviews for hiring managers, and prepare HR documents.
  • Report new employees to required agencies, complete employment verifications, and assist with planning company events.
  • Run bi-weekly and monthly reports, maintain and track work authorizations, and schedule out processing prior to the expiration of the work authorization.

Requirements
  • Strong administration skills, a high level of confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to monitor work for quality.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office.
