Insurance Customer Support Representative

Our vibrant team at The Cormier Group is on the lookout for a motivated individual to deliver outstanding customer support to our insurance clients and policyholders. In this role, you will be tasked with generating insurance policies, guiding prospective clients on coverage options, and converting quotes into active policies. Additionally, you will assist in resolving billing inquiries, modifying policies, and providing policy recommendations.
Compensation:$40,000 - $75,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Confirm new customer coverage and provide policyholders with proof of insurance documentation.
- Conduct follow-ups on client interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints, propose acceptable solutions, and ensure issues are resolved.
- Stay informed about new marketing initiatives to effectively respond to insurance product inquiries.
- Exhibit precision in processing client policy adjustments based on provided information.

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to utilize a database for client information processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office for document creation.
- Strong communication skills are vital; you can work remotely but must stay connected with your mentor.
- No felony convictions.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license.
- Self-motivated; this is a commission-based role where your earnings are directly related to your efforts.
- Open to training and coaching.
