Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients and business partners through phone and email communication.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and composure.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues or challenges.
  • Track the progress of delivery routes.
  • Verify haul-away pod scans and stamps.
  • Manage modifications or cancellations of delivery orders.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

At a minimum, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).

It would be advantageous if you also possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related software.
  • Experience in a call center setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem resolution.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • The capacity to perform well under pressure while delivering solutions that surpass customer expectations.
