Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping clients, addressing inquiries, suggesting appropriate insurance solutions, and delivering top-notch assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to and resolve customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Policy Support: Provide clients with information regarding their policies, updates, and modifications to ensure their coverage aligns with their requirements.
  • Claims Assistance: Support customers throughout the claims process, offering guidance and facilitating resolution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Aim to surpass customer expectations by providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • Licensing: Obtain a Florida 4-40 license (Customer Service Representative) within the first 60 days of employment, with all costs covered by the employer.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in addressing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on details and accurately document client interactions and information.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and capability to utilize office software and databases effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
