Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to and resolve customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Policy Support: Provide clients with information about their policies, updates, and necessary changes to ensure their coverage aligns with their needs.
- Claims Assistance: Support customers throughout the claims process, facilitating resolution and providing guidance.

Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Licensing: Must obtain a Florida 4-40 license (Customer Service Representative) within the first 60 days of employment, with study materials provided by the employer.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities to meet customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on details and accurately document client interactions and information.
