Lundbeck is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of people with neurological and psychiatric diseases. As a Clinical Neuroscience Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create opportunities and develop strategy using digital tools and data-based insights
  • Deliver clear and compelling messages to customers and effectively handle objections
  • BUILD and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals
  • Gather and validate key trends and dynamics in the market and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
  • Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries and have a valid driver's license

Salary: $117,000 - $137,000 per year plus sales incentive target of $37,500. Benefits include flexible paid time off, health benefits, company match 401k, and company car.
