Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role:

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing new customers and maintaining long-lasting relationships to uncover sales opportunities and grow the company's footprint within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and maintain a database of prospects within an assigned territory.
  • Seek out opportunities to obtain new customers and research potential clients/accounts.
  • Use active listening skills to understand client needs and introduce relevant products.
  • Stay up-to-date on existing and emerging products through training.
  • Follow up on quotations to ensure customer satisfaction and document outcomes.
  • Generate profitable sales orders.
  • Closely manage and retain accounts using sales and customer service processes.
  • Provide regular updates on competitive conditions and customer feedback to management.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with industry professionals to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role or retail environment.
  • Mastery of mathematical concepts and precision in measurement.
  • Deep understanding of products and ability to communicate their value.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Desirable: expertise in lead generation, territory management, and account management.
  • Able to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to results.
  • Valid driver's license for travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000, based on experience and performance.
