We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The purpose of this role is to establish new customers and maintain long-lasting relationships to uncover sales opportunities in order to grow the footprint of the company within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Work to expand and maintain a database of prospects within an assigned territory.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to obtain new customers and research potential clients/accounts in order to identify key players.
  • Use active listening skills to gain knowledge on what products fit client needs and introduce these products to clients accordingly.
  • Stay current on existing and emerging product by attending trainings.
  • Follow-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution.
  • Generate profitable sales orders.
  • Successfully close, onboard, and retain accounts using sales and customer service processes.
  • Report competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
  • Maintain ethical, cooperative relationships consistent with company image and company/branch goals in the marketplace with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers, etc., in order to grow profitable sales.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role or retail sales environment.
  • Mathematical skills, accuracy in measurement.
  • Strong understanding of products and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Experience in lead generation, territory management, and account management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
