Sales and Marketing Expansion Leader

About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join ThinkTank Telecom, LLC as a Direct Market Manager and lead our expansion efforts in Connecticut - Stamford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enrolling new customers into Lifeline and ACP services, managing inventory, and driving significant sales performance in your designated territory.
Responsibilities:- Sales Performance and Territory Management: Focus on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive significant sales performance in your designated territory.
- Inventory Management and Control: Ensure efficient oversight of all inventory, equipping enrollment specialists for successful subscriber engagements.
- Team Leadership and Performance Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team, evaluating and enhancing the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
