Job Summary

The Administrative Associate plays a vital role in supporting the store supervisors and/or managers with various processes and paperwork. This position requires a highly flexible individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete data entry with high accuracy in multiple programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Navision.
  • Answer phones efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with tasks that require additional manpower within the company.
  • Maintain safe balances and secure cash at all times.
  • Operate copy, fax, and scan equipment.
  • Take direction from department supervisors or managers.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook). Microsoft Navision experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
  • Set priorities, meet deadlines, and accomplish team objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills preferred.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
  • Standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • 2-year degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of six months related experience preferred.
