Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Administrative Associate plays a vital role in supporting the store supervisors and/or managers with various processes and paperwork. This position requires a highly flexible individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete data entry with high accuracy in multiple programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Navision.
- Answer phones efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with tasks that require additional manpower within the company.
- Maintain safe balances and secure cash at all times.
- Operate copy, fax, and scan equipment.
- Take direction from department supervisors or managers.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook). Microsoft Navision experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and accomplish team objectives.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills preferred.
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
- Standing or sitting for extended periods.
- 2-year degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of six months related experience preferred.
