Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate program area.
- Utilizing computer software, email systems, and general office equipment to perform daily tasks.
- Maintaining a call log to track incoming calls and their corresponding program areas.
- Preparing a monthly report of calls and walk-ins for the supervisor.
- Providing a weekly call list to the supervisor, detailing the number of calls received.
- Completing the ACCESS Interview spreadsheet and emailing it to relevant recipients twice daily.
- Preparing FedEx envelopes for mail being sent to Tallahassee.
- Creating new employee IDs and ensuring timely mailing.
- Receiving packages from various carriers, determining their recipients, and notifying them via email.
- Assisting with employee Paychex distribution, ensuring secure storage and timely delivery.
- Performing other tasks as requested by the supervisor, communications director, and regional managing director.
- Fluent in Spanish.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
