Additionally, we are recognized as one of the largest distributors of gasoline, distillates, residual oil, and renewable fuels to wholesalers, retailers, and commercial clients throughout New England and New York.


Responsibilities of the Guest Service Associate:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register, ensuring accountability for cash, lottery tickets, and cash cards
- Complete shift reports accurately
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store (including windows, floors, bathrooms, and trash disposal)
- Stock shelves and coolers effectively
- Sweep and mop floors regularly
- Conduct gasoline tank inventory (stick readings)
- Verify product deliveries from vendors
- Perform yard maintenance tasks (sweeping, shoveling, painting, checking gas wells, etc.)
- Assist with light equipment maintenance (pumps, lighting, machinery, etc.)
- Engage in merchandising activities
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
- Communicate effectively with associates and customers
- Accurately count, read, and write to complete necessary paperwork

Requirements for the Guest Service Associate:
- Adhere to the required store uniform
- Availability for weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
- Reliable transportation is essential
- Attendance at mandatory meetings (e.g., T.A.M., sexual harassment training)
- Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 lbs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Capability to reach above shoulder height and bend below the waist
- Must be able to access all areas of the store freely
- Move quickly around the store as needed
