As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, managing member check-in, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Provide excellent member service by exceeding member expectations, including being a good listener, caring about members' well-being, and checking-in on their progress.
