- Provide outstanding support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensure the accurate processing and delivery of client information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inbound and outbound communications effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assist in the resolution of order discrepancies and customer complaints
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service delivery
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proven reliability and a commitment to excellence
- Familiarity with data entry and basic computer skills
- Experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience in customer service
- Associate degree with 2 years of experience in customer service
- High school diploma with 4 years of experience in customer service

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality
- Willingness to participate in training programs as needed.
