Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management

    • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Quality Improvement
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
    • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services
  • Customer Service
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance patient satisfaction
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Education and Training
    • Develop and implement education and training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
    • Monitor and analyze staff performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Budget and Fiscal Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility
    • Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Organizational Stewardship
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational performance
    • Monitor and analyze organizational metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements
  • Education
    • Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. medicine, nursing, healthcare administration)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare
    • Proven track record of success in quality improvement, customer service, and budget management
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
