The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a Medical Technologist to join our team in El Paso, Texas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is provided.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Medical Technologist.
- CPR certification.
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree).
- Up to $3,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience.
