Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant/Title/Escrow, you will provide essential support to all levels and departments. This role requires a strong understanding of administrative tasks and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all incoming mail and messenger deliveries.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for senior management in a timely manner.
- Arrange travel itineraries for colleagues and ensure smooth execution.
- Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
- Compile data and present findings to senior management.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational and time-management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent communication skills.
