Job Summary

This is a nationwide traveling position responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned environmental projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, environmental services, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all assigned environmental projects, including customer service and communication, vendor selection and buyout, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting and financial reporting, proactive safety compliance, and quality control.
  • Work closely with all project stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, manage, train, and develop site personnel and subcontractors on assigned jobs.
  • Provide team building amongst BluSky group.
Requirements
  • 7+ years Abatement or construction PM experience with $5M+ commercial, state, university, or federal projects.
  • Expert in trades, Abatement processes, project management, financials, processes, and administration.
  • Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to perform in highly autonomous environments.
  • Effective and strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and technology skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and local officials.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Abatement experience with multi-family, hotel, and multi-building campus.
  • Preferred Fluent in English & Spanish.
