  • Location: Englewood, CO
  • Salary: $49,000 – $50,000 based on education and experience
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the hardware service team by managing cloud-based safety applications (Browz, ISNet World, Sphera, TAPPISafe, DISA) and ensuring documentation compliance for site-entry safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure our safety programs and OSHA records align with their evolving requirements.
  • Monitor personnel site hours to comply with Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations.
  • Evaluate, track, and schedule individual safety training to meet annual objectives and site entry standards.
  • Analyze and interpret various business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, and the public.
  • Perform calculations involving discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, applying basic algebra and geometry concepts.
  • Interpret diverse instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats.
  • Additional duties include reviewing contract specifications, creating service proposals, and completing quality assurance tests for instruments.
  • This role may require occasional travel, not exceeding 10% of the time.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; a four-year degree in occupational safety is a plus.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Proficient in safety programs such as Browz, ISNet World, Sphera, TAPPISafe, DISA.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dynamics CRM.
  • Ability to manage and resolve high-pressure situations efficiently.
