Job Title: HR Payroll Specialist

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Payroll Specialist to join our team in Detroit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Reconciliation: Review and reconcile invoices on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Management: Manage new hire, termination, and life event data for benefits enrollment, ensuring consistency across multiple systems.
  • Payroll Processing: Serve as the lead for ADP WorkforceNow and ADP Comprehensive HR Services, approving and submitting payroll, as well as understanding Time & Attendance in ADP.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate Benefits and Payroll.
  • Tech savvy with ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Understanding of both benefits and payroll administration processes, including invoice reconciliation.
