Job Overview

MiSide Community Impact Network is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee and supervise the organization's payroll and workforce management functions.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 - $75,000 per year (Full-Time/Non-Union), depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. This includes overseeing the preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience required
  • UKG Ready and UKG Pro experience a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
