Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

We are a dynamic organization with a growing presence in downtown Detroit, seeking a highly motivated Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate Benefits and Payroll, with a strong understanding of both benefits and payroll administration processes. They will also possess tech savvy skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Integration Error Coordination: Monitor error logs and follow up on integration errors among vendors.
  • Help Desk Question Responses: Answer questions from employees regarding benefit offerings.
  • Special Projects: Assist with implementation of full integration of ADP Comprehensive Payroll.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
