Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to requests for information from staff, the public, or other agencies by determining the required information and performing research on SEAMS, WMS, and other systems.
  • Respond to client questions relating to their enrollment in education, training, and internship programs.
  • Perform scanning and indexing of all client files in the HRA One Viewer system, including data entry and retrieval on computerized systems.
  • Review records processed by the unit, identifying errors, and indicating the need for corrective action.
  • Perform responsible clerical work by processing, recording, checking, and maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Verify received information related to client enrollment to confirm accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for all vendors and maintain vendor rosters. Update WMS and SEAMS for reporting purposes.
  • Contact vendors as needed to request documentation on all Education/Internship Placement information.
  • Perform other related tasks, provide clerical backup assistance, and special projects as needed.
Requirements

A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.

Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
