Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are Payactiv, a pioneering FinTech company dedicated to revolutionizing the way workers access their earned wages. As the industry leader in Earned Wage Access, we offer a groundbreaking solution that empowers employees to take control of their finances and regain flexibility.

This role involves building a sales pipeline from diverse sources, overseeing the sales process from lead to close, and fostering relationships with C-Suite decision-makers. You will also travel to customer locations, attend industry events, and promote our financial wellness solutions to drive new business growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in technology or solution sales, preferably in Human Capital Management and/or EWA/payment space. They should possess exceptional strategic planning, business development, and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of closing new businesses. Experience with Salesforce and other pipeline management tools is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a sales pipeline through outbound activity, tradeshows, and channel partner introductions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead to closed won account.
  • Maintain market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects.
  • Travel to customer/prospect locations to build relationships and present product information.
  • Attend industry tradeshows and thought leadership events.
  • Showcase, demo, and promote Payactiv's financial wellness solutions to close net new business.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology or solution sales.
  • Experience selling Human Capital Management solutions and/or working in EWA and payment space.
  • Closing new businesses between $1,000 to $10,000 employees.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, business development, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other pipeline management tools.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
