Customer Success Manager Role Summary
Censys is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our North America Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting, enabling, and growing customers across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer life cycles through onboarding, adoption, enablement, renewal, and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on client goals and needs.
- Proactively monitor customer health and mitigate churn risks.
- Guide strategic discussions with customer stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience in account portfolio planning and prioritization, including a proven track record of successful renewals and expansions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
