As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Checkr, you will play a critical role in driving product adoption, growth, and value for our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive account growth and expansion
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to customers on Checkr's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Strong customer focus and consultative approach
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
