Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Inside Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales efforts and building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing new sales opportunities, closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas, implementing sales projects and initiatives, researching accounts and identifying key players, generating interest, and providing customer service to potential and established customers.
Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience; at least 2 years of sales experience; excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience using ERP systems preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-organized, team-oriented, and highly motivated.
